Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the Talvenor website (talvenorhq.com) collects, why, who processes it, and the choices you have. We have kept collection to the minimum needed to answer your enquiry.

Who we are

Talvenor is operated by Shivam Pandey (sole proprietor), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For anything about your personal data, email talvenorhq@gmail.com .

The short version

• No accounts, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics and no newsletter.
• We record visits ourselves, without cookies and without identifying you (details below).
• This website does not set cookies.
• We only receive contact details you choose to send: through the contact form, the corner card, the free guide or by sharing your readiness result.
• The workflow readiness check runs in your browser. Your answers are sent to us only if you choose to share your result.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

What we collect and why

Contact form

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, company, work email and the workflow description you write, plus your Instagram or LinkedIn profile if you choose to add it. We use them only to read your enquiry, reply to you (by email, or on Instagram or LinkedIn if you gave us your profile) and, if you want, arrange a call. We never ask for a password. We may also send you one automatic confirmation email. It contains none of the text you typed.

Your enquiry is saved in our enquiries database, and a copy may be sent to our email inbox. Website visitors, including you, can't read enquiries back from the website; only Talvenor can. Please don't include confidential, financial or health information.

Enquiries are deleted automatically 6 months after you send them, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.

Sharing your readiness check result (optional)

After the readiness check you can choose to share your result so Shivam can send you a personal suggestion. If you do, and tick the consent box, we receive your result level, your five answers and the email and/or Instagram or LinkedIn profile you type in. Nothing else. We use them only to contact you about that result, personally and by hand (no bots or automated messages). They are deleted after 6 months, or sooner if you ask.

How visits are counted

To learn which pages are useful, we record visits in our own database, without cookies and without identifying you. For each visit we store: the pages you view (without anything after a "?"), the website that linked you here, your country, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), a campaign label if the link had one, how long each page was open, how far you scrolled, which main buttons you clicked, and whether you started or finished the readiness check, played the demo video or opened the corner card.

These are tied together only by a random visit number that your browser keeps for as long as the tab is open and then forgets. We do not store your IP address, your browser details, cookies or anything that could recognise you on a later visit, so we can't tell who you are. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, nothing is recorded. Visit records are deleted after 13 months.

The corner card (optional)

After about two minutes of reading, a small card asks whether you'd like a personal suggestion from Shivam. If you choose to leave your email and/or Instagram or LinkedIn profile, an optional note, and tick the consent box, we receive those details and the page you were on. Nothing else. We use them only to contact you personally, by hand, and delete them after 6 months or sooner if you ask. Your browser remembers that you've seen the card (in local storage, not a cookie) so it isn't shown again.

The free guide (optional)

If you ask for the free guide, we receive your email, your consent and the page you were on, noted as a guide request. The guide opens straight away; we don't add you to a newsletter. Shivam may email you once about it, by hand. We delete your email after 6 months or sooner if you ask.

Security and server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and fix errors.

Spam protection

The contact form uses hidden checks to filter automated spam. They run on our server and don't use cookies or third-party scripts.

AI tools

We use AI assistance (currently Anthropic's Claude) to help organise enquiries and prepare draft replies. A person reads every enquiry and approves every reply before it is sent. We don't use AI to make decisions about you, and your enquiry isn't used to advertise to you. If you become a client, any use of AI tools with your data is agreed in writing and disclosed to you first.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare: website hosting, security and spam protection.
• Supabase: database that stores enquiries and website content.
• Resend: delivers contact-form emails.
• Anthropic: AI assistance with organising enquiries and drafting replies.
• Google (Gmail): the inbox where enquiries are received.

These providers may process data outside India. We choose providers that protect data under their own published terms.

Links to other sites

We link to YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Calendly. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them. Our demo video is hosted on this website, so watching it does not load YouTube.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing talvenorhq@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the GDPR.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change what the website collects (for example by adding a new form), we will update this policy first and change the date above.
