AI workflow systems · Built in India

Reliable AI workflow systems for real business operations.

Enquiries in five inboxes. Follow-ups in someone's memory. Proposals that quietly go cold. We map one broken process, build a focused system around it, and keep a person in control of every important action.

  • Human approval by design
  • Every action logged
  • Demos use fictional data

Human approval gate

The drafted reply will stop here. A person approves, revises or rejects it. Until then, nothing leaves the system.

Demo ready

Most service businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a system problem.

A prospect writes in by email, a DM, a form or a phone call. Nobody records the next step. Follow-up happens late, or never. Adding AI to a process like that only makes the confusion faster.

01

Scattered

Enquiries live across inboxes, spreadsheets, DMs and memory. No single list shows who is waiting for a reply.

02

Late

Follow-up depends on someone remembering. A warm lead goes cold while the team is busy delivering for existing clients.

03

Invisible

Nobody can say which source, message or step is actually producing clients, so nothing improves.

One visible path from first enquiry to final outcome.

AI does the preparation: research, qualification and drafting. A person makes the decisions that matter. Every step is recorded.

Talvenor workflow: lead sources, capture and deduplicate, research and qualification, personalized draft, a required human approval step with a revision loop, a permitted channel, reply and follow-up tracking, call, proposal or outcome, and reports with an audit trail.
AI prepares and assists. A person controls every important outbound action. Every result is logged.

AI prepares

Research with cited sources, fit scoring and evidence-based drafts. Weak evidence means no message.

A person approves

Nothing outbound moves until someone approves, edits or rejects it. Approval is a real step, not a decorative button.

Everything is logged

Each action gets a timestamp, so the team can see what happened, when, and why.

Built for founder-led service businesses.

Usually 5 to 50 people, with enough enquiries that some slip through. Here's where it tends to break, and what we'd build first.

Marketing & creative agencies

Where it leaks Enquiries arrive through DMs, referrals and the website form, and proposals go quiet after they are sent.

What we'd build first One enquiry list, a proposal follow-up rule, and drafts you approve before they go out.

Consultants & advisory firms

Where it leaks Discovery calls get booked, then the next step lives in your head or a notes app.

What we'd build first Call notes turned into a next action with a date, plus a weekly list of who is waiting on you.

B2B service firms

Where it leaks Several people answer leads, nobody owns the follow-up, and nobody can say which source brings clients.

What we'd build first One owner per lead, a shared pipeline, and a simple report on where clients come from.

How it runs: a 90-minute diagnostic, a 14-day pilot on one workflow, testing, then ongoing support only if you want it. How we work →

Proof · Talvenor Sales OS

We built our own sales system first. Talvenor runs on it.

Sales OS is the first working version of the Revenue Workflow OS we implement for clients. It keeps every lead, draft, approval and follow-up in one place.

Before
Leads lived in DMs, a spreadsheet and memory. Follow-ups depended on remembering.
What we built
One pipeline with duplicate checks, sourced research, an approval queue for every message, follow-up tasks and an audit trail.
Now
Every lead has a next step and a date, and nothing goes out unapproved.

Talvenor builds custom workflow systems based on each business's process. Demonstrations use fictional data, and results depend on the workflow, data quality and implementation.

Most businesses don't have an AI problem. They have a repetitive work problem. Enquiries sit unanswered. Proposals go quietly cold. Payments get chased from memory, and every week the team repeats the same manual work.

I am Shivam Pandey, founder of Talvenor. We design and build reliable AI workflow systems, one real business problem at a time. Our first system, the Talvenor Sales OS, already runs our own sales pipeline. Next, we are building workflows for enquiries, proposal follow-ups, payment reminders, client onboarding and meeting notes. Each one solves one specific problem.

AI does the preparation: research, sorting and drafting. A person approves anything that matters, and every step is logged. And we build everything in public. Every two weeks, a new workflow on YouTube: what worked, what failed and what it cost.

If one workflow is slowing your business down, show it to us. We will map it and tell you honestly what should and what should not be automated. Book a Workflow Diagnostic at talvenorhq.com.

Built by a founder who uses it first.

I'm Shivam Pandey, founder of Talvenor. I build workflow systems for small service teams, starting with our own. Every build, test and failure goes on YouTube, so you can judge the work before you ever speak to me.

I'm learning in public. When something doesn't work yet, I'll say so.

Questions people ask first.

More on pricing and how we work.

How much does it cost to start?

The first step is a fixed-price Workflow Diagnostic: ₹7,500 in India or US$149 elsewhere. The intro call before it is free, and you only pay once we both agree it fits.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Nothing goes out without a person approving it. AI prepares research and drafts; you or your team decide. We also test the failure cases (missing data, duplicates, bad drafts) before a real customer sees anything.

Is my business data safe?

Your data stays in accounts you own where possible, access is limited to what the workflow needs, and any AI tool used with your data is agreed in writing first.

How long until something works?

The diagnostic takes 90 minutes and the action map arrives within 3 business days. A pilot on one workflow runs for 14 days.

Do I need to change my tools?

No. We build around the email, calendar and tools you already use, one process at a time.

Show me one workflow that's costing you time.

Tell me where the process breaks. I read every enquiry myself.
